- Bottles that arrive leaking or with a broken seal.

1.3 Products Eligible for Warranty

The warranty applies only to nail products purchased through www.laqli.com. A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required for any claim.

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear, including texture changes due to prolonged use.

- Damage resulting from improper storage (e.g., exposure to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight).

- Issues caused by incorrect use or mixing with incompatible products.

 - Products marked as Final Sale or received as gifts.

3. Warranty Claim Process
