4.2 Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking

5.2 No Tracking Update?
If your tracking hasn’t updated within 3 business days, contact support@laqli.com.
Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Customers must provide accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is given:
The order may be delayed or returned.
Additional fees may apply for re-shipping.
To update your address, contact support@laqli.com immediately.
6.2 Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:

Incorrect address
Package refusal
The package will be returned to Laqli. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
7.1 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived:
Contact support@laqli.com with your order number and tracking details.
We will work with the carrier to locate it.
7.2 Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
Notify us within 48 hours at support@laqli.com.
Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or store credit.
Delivery Confirmation

Some high-value orders may require a signature. If you’re unavailable, the carrier may leave a notice for redelivery.
8.2 Marked as Delivered
If tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
Check with neighbors or building management.
